YouTube star Jo Lindner has died aged 30 in his girlfriend Nicha’s arms after experiencing neck pain.

The bodybuilder, known for his social media handle ‘Joesthetics’, had been living in Thailand in recent years, and shared videos about life there.

The German star also shared videos to his 940,000 subscribers of his workout tips, as well as his diet and the likes of his shoe collection.

Nicha confirmed his death on Instagram and said he died yesterday from an aneurysm as she paid tribute to ‘the amazing and incredible person in this world.’

The influencer said prior to his death he had been experiencing pain in his neck.

She wrote on social media: ‘Yesterday his past away by aneurysm .. I was there with him in the room.. he put on the necklace in my neck that he made for me ..
than ..we was just lay down cuddle..waiting the time to go meet Noel at the gym at 16.00 ..he was in my arms.. than this is just happening too fast.. 3 days ago he kept said that he pain his neck .. we not really realize it… until it too late. [sic].

Paying tribute, fellow bodybuilder Noel Deyzele wrote: ‘Rest in peace Jo. I love you man.’

Fans have also shared their condolences for the late star, with one writing: ‘I couldn’t believe this post so heart breaking, can’t believe this happened!

‘One of my inspirations, role model and motivations, he will always be in our hearts ❤️

‘His legacy, his motivation and inspiration will remain with us, he was an amazing person, always happy, Rest in peace brosky.’

A cause of death has not been revealed.

Just days ago, Lindner posted a TikTok video in the gym, which fans have since been commenting with tributes.

‘Fly high king, rest in peace,’ one wrote.

Earlier this month, the social media star had expressed a fear of death, speaking to fellow YouTuber Bradley Martyn.

He said: ‘The heart is also a muscle, that’s my biggest concern that what if I get such a bad cramp that my heart gets a cramp.’
