Blac Chyna ‘takes out $2.6m mortgage’ despite admission she is ‘broke’
Blac Chyna, 34, real name Angela Renée White, has reportedly borrowed $2.6 million for her sprawling Los Angeles mansion.
The reality TV star, who last year lost a lawsuit to the Kardashian family, recently admitted during a candid interview she was “broke”.
However, new records appear to show the mum-of-two borrowed $2,638,000 plus interest, which has to be paid back in full no later than March 1, 2053.
The document, seen by The US Sun, lists the lender as Hometown Equity Mortgage, LLC, and was signed by Angela Renee White dated February 27, 2023.
Back in February, Chyna claimed she was “broke” with only $3,000 in her checking account in a video shared on TikTok by creator Mister Lewis.

The TikToker is known for asking people what they do for a living and how much they earn.
Asked about her occupation, Chyna responded: “I’m an entrepreneur, I’m a mom, I own multiple businesses, I’m a TV personality.”
However, she did not disclose her earnings, and instead, she revealed: “Angela White is broke.”
The former Rob & Chyna star claimed that her credit score is 768 and, when asked if she had any investments, she said: “Honesty, I just invested in myself.”
Last year, Chyna lost the $108 million (£77 million) lawsuit she brought against the Kardashians, after accusing Kim Kardashian, her sisters Khloe and Kylie Jenner and their mother, Kris Jenner, of making statements that ruined or defamed her reputation and of planning to ensure her TV series Rob and Chyna was cancelled.
Chyna was previously engaged to their brother Rob and had sued the family for around £77 million over lost earnings.
But the Los Angeles Superior Court ruled against her after the civil panel returned verdicts in favour of Kim Kardashian, her mother Kris Jenner, and her sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
Following the verdict, lawyers for the Kardashian and Jenner family “expressed appreciation” for the jury and said they were “thankful for the steady hand” of Judge Gregory Alarcon.
“The jury sent a clear message to Ms White and her lawyer – I hope they are listening,” the attorneys said in a statement. “Justice has prevailed.”
