Kaley Cuoco, 40, excited her loyal Big Bang Theory fans as she took to Instagram to announce the arrival of her baby daughter, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey.
The actress announced she gave birth to baby Matilda on March 30, 2023 as she posted shots of her bundle of joy on her Instagram alongside her partner Tom Pelphery.
Along with several heartwarming pictures, Kaley wrote in view of her 7.7 million followers: ” 3-30-23. Introducing Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives!
“We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days.
“We are blessed beyond belief @tommypelphrey didn’t think I could fall even more in love with you, but I did.”

Many social media users and friends rushed to the comments to share their joy over the happy news of Kaley and her Ozark star partner.
Ted Lasso’s Hannah Waddingham wrote: “Yes Kaley!!! Congratulations! A beautiful girl for a beautiful girl. Well done Mamma!”
Social media user Sheldoncooper_memories added: “She’s absolutely gorgeous! Congratulations Kaley & Tom! Welcome to the world Matilda!!”

Kaley announced her surprise pregnancy back in October with a short message: “Baby girl Pelphrey coming 2023 beyond blessed and over the moon… I [heart] you @tommypelphrey !!!”
She met Tom at a premiere after being set up by their agent in April last year, making their relationship official just a month later.
Talking about the first time she saw Tom, Kaley recalled to USA Today: “We have the same manager [Andrea Pett-Joseph], and we were set up by [her], which is so Hollywood.
“She’s like, ‘Oh my God, I think you guys are perfect for each other’.
“We met at the Ozark premiere, and I was standing with Andrea and Tom walked in, and I heard his voice, and I turned around, and it was like my life was over, or just starting.
“It hit me. It was love at first sight. We were immediately connected. I do feel like I’ve known him my whole life, but I wasn’t ready for him. We’re ready to build a life together.”
The Flight Attendant actress was previously married to tennis player Ryan Sweeting from 2013 until 2016.
She later moved on with Karl Cook, whom she married in 2018, although the couple split and divorced in 2022.
