BGMI Teams From India Not Invited for PMGC 2022; Tech Youtuber Claims the Game Will Be Back in Dec 2022 in a New Avatar, and More

Through a recent Twitter post by PUBG Mobile Esports, we have learned about the addition of Vampire Esports and Team Falcons to PMGC 2022 for their global performance during the calendar year. This fills almost all spots barring one that will be announced in the coming days.

According to a report by AFK Gaming, Vampire Esports was granted a spot as they were victorious in the PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022, while Team Falcon was granted a spot as they were runners-up in the same competition. Many fans in India felt that one of the Indian BGMI teams will be granted a spot in the competition, but that was not the case. All hope is not lost as there is still a spot left in the Grand Finals of PMGC 2022.

In other news, BGMI has been banned in India for quite some time now and the fans have been getting impatient. According to a report by TalkeSport, it seems that popular technology YouTuber, Technical Guruji, might have some information to share regarding this subject. In one of his recent ‘Weekly tech Focus’ videos he stated that BGMI could make a return by the end of 2022. According to him this return will be made in a new ‘avatar’ which probably hints towards another redesign for the title.

Moreover, many BGMI content creators have been constantly questioned by fans about the status of BGMI in India. Dynamo, a popular gaming creator, has expressed his frustration about the topic recently. According to a report by AFK Gaming, Dynamo feels that BGMI is dead as there has been no update by the company or officials about the return of the game. It was supposed to be back on August 15, 2022, but we are now in October and there seems to be no hints towards the game returning anytime soon.
