BBC’s Emma Jones says boobs are so big they honk horn when she parks

Emma Louise Jones, 31, is best known as a presenter on BBC Sport, but her broadcasting career began in radio when she co-hosted breakfast shows for Hull’s Viking GM and then Stoke’s Signal 1 until 2019.

During the two years she spent at Signal, Emma presented alongside fellow BBC presenter, John ‘Foxy’ Fox.

Foxy, who has recently launched his Crunch & Roll podcast, invited Emma to reminisce about the time they worked together.

As the pair told stories about their friendship, Foxy explained that they Signal 1 used to do a “live from your drive” segment where the show would be broadcast from a different driveway every day.

However, one day, Emma was nowhere to be seen until a mysterious car horn went off at 6.15am in a residential area.

She laughed: “So, when I drove my little BMW 1 series, I am one of those people who like, kisses the steering wheel when they drive.

“But that meant when I got out, you know, everything was towards the steering wheel, so I would accidentally knock the horn with my, erm, breasts.

“And it used to scare the s**t out of me!”

As the pals continued to giggle, Foxy jested: “Every morning, we’d hear, ‘beep!’ And we’d know Emma was there, just getting out of her car.”

Emma’s glamorous appearance has certainly caused a stir among sports fans. However, some have deemed it less favourably than others.

Last month, the blonde beauty was forced to hit back after “misogynists” criticised her for wearing a tight-fitting dress while presenting.

Sharing a photograph of herself wearing a sequinned gown on a rugby field, Emma joked: “Bets on how long this dress stays this colour…”

She later updated on fans that the plunging gown “sat through a three-course meal and came away unscathed”.

One user hit out at Emma’s outfit choice, remarking: “How can you expect to be taken seriously as a football presenter by posting images like that?”

And another moaned: “On a football show, I would rather see someone displaying their in-depth knowledge of the game rather than sexualising their image.”

Writing on Twitter, Emma shut down her critics and told them she felt “lovely” in the dress and thanked others who had stood up for her.

She tweeted: “Thank you to the overwhelming majority of you who have called out the few misogynists & dinosaurs in the replies to this.

“Unfortunately, it’s usually those people who shout the loudest. I was hosting an awards ceremony & I felt lovely in my new dress, so I wanted to share it.”
