Aussie indie adds ResDiary to client mix, includes New Zealand market – stoppress.co.nz

Independent Australian media agency Kaimera has added ResDiary, a global reservation and table management solution, to its client roster.

Following a competitive pitch, Kaimera has been appointed to provide media planning and buying across all channels for ResDiary in Australia and New Zealand.

Thousands of restaurants, bars, clubs, and hotels across the world use ResDiary to manage their bookings; from taking online reservations to managing tables, selling giftcards, and processing online payments. The software delivers market-leading yield and table management technology, while helping build customer databases and profiles to develop relationships and loyalty. Owned by Accor Hotels, ResDiary has appointed a dedicated ANZ team as part of the Australian launch who will manage sales, customer support, marketing, and growth in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

As Australia and New Zealand come out of lockdown and hospitality venues welcome back customers, ResDiary are embarking on a media campaign to let the hospitality industry know about their platform and how it can save costs and maximise their earning potential.

Rebecca Zeitunian, ResDiary’s Head of Brand and Growth ANZ explains. “We are excited to work with Kaimera to build our awareness in the AU and NZ markets. It is a crucial time for the hospitality industry, and we know that our market-leading software can give them an edge to becoming more profitable. We want to reach and help as many potential customers as possible, and we know that Kaimera has the strategic capabilities and media knowledge to help us do so efficiently.”

Kaimera Head of Client Services, Anna Magliano says: “As an agency that enjoys the social side of media, we are the perfect partner for ResDiary. We love working with smart, agile brands and we are so excited to be part of their journey in Australia and New Zealand, thrilled to be supporting their mission in supporting hospitality businesses to thrive.”
