Argos slashes £300 off egg chair in summer home and garden sale
With the UK heatwave set to continue, many are buying garden furniture to make the most of their outdoor space.
Argos is a popular place to shop for affordable homeware, furniture and electricals.
The brand has just launched a sale across indoor and outdoor items, but the biggest savings are on garden furniture, with up to 50 percent off.
There are over 1000 items discounted, but one of the best savings is on the Habitat Dove Rattan Effect Hanging Egg Chair, which is reduced from £600 to £300.

The chair features a stylish and modern design with a natural-looking open weave rattan material, which should seamlessly fit into most gardens, but could also be used indoors as a design feature or addition to a lounge or playroom.
The swing feature gives a relaxing feel and is ideal for curling up with a book or favourite beverage.
A padded seat cushion adds extra comfort, plus the chair is weatherproof with the exception of the cushion, so it can withstand the UK’s unpredictable weather and doesn’t need to be stored away.
Although the chair doesn’t come cheap even with the discount, several reviewers have commented on the quality being worth the price.
Shoppers have been leaving reviews on the chair, with some calling it ‘extremely comfortable’.
DollyDimple said: ”Stylish, solid easy to put together and extremely comfortable.”
Minime commented: ”Well made, robust looking chair. Great size for garden. Expensive but nice quality.”
Marie also added: ”Very happy with the egg chair which arrived yesterday. It’s comfortable and super stylish! Very easy to assemble and feels sturdy and strong. The ony thing I would have liked as well would be a choice of cushion covers as they are not a practical colour. However I will cover with a blanket and add a couple more scatter cushions to properly cocoon me while I read my kindle!”
