APSC AE Recruitment 2023: Application process begins for 244 Assistant Engineer vacancies on apsc.nic.in – Times of India

NEW DELHI: The Assam Public Service Commission has begun the APSC AE application process 2023 today, March 22, 2023. Candidates who are interested and wish to apply can visit the official website – apsc.nic.in to fill out and submit the application form online.
The last date for the submission of the Assistant Engineer application form is April 21, 2023. Candidates who want to apply are advised to not wait till the last date to submit the application form and do it at the earliest in order to avoid any last-minute problems like a server down or a website crash.
APSC AE recruitment 2023 drive is being conducted for a total of 244 Assistant Engineer vacancies under a joint cadre of the Public Works Roads (PWRD) and Public Works (B&NH) Department [PW(B&NH)D].

How to apply for APSC AE Recruitment 2023?
Step 1: Visit the official website at apsc.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads, “Assistant Engineer (Civil) under joint cadre of Public Works Roads (PWRD) and Public Works (B&NH) Department [PW(B&NH)D] [01/2023].”
Step 3: Read the notification and click on register on the homepage to start your registration process.
Step 4: Fill in all the required details and upload the documents, if asked, and submit.
Step 5: Download the final page and take a printout for further needs.

APSC AE Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: The applicant must be between the age limit of 21 years to 38 years old as on January 1, 2023.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a government recognised university (Indian or foreign).
APSC AE Recruitment 2023: Scale of Pay
Pay Scale: Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,10,000
Grade Pay: Rs 12,700
Pay Band: PB-4
APSC AE Recruitment 2023: Application Fee
The applicants belonging to the unreserved category will have to pay the application fee of Rs 297 while Rs 197 is applicable to those belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MOBC categories. The applicants belonging to BPL and PwBD categories will be required to pay Rs 47.
