apple: Apple Arcade is getting two new Apple Original titles in May – Times of India

Apple has announced the list of new games that will arrive on Apple Arcade, its paid online gaming platform, in the month of May. The company has confirmed that games like Warped Kart Racers, Badland Party, Goat Simulator+ and more will be coming soon to the platform.
New Apple Arcade games launching in May
This month, two new Apple Original titles — Badland Party and Warped Kart Racers – will be released to the platform.
Badland Party: Launching on May 6
Developed by HypeHype.Inc, Badland Party is an adventure game and it will succeed the Apple Design award-winning titles — Badland” and “Badland 2. The game is based on the same side scrolling adventure gameplay, however, it brings updated graphics and a physics-based 3D gameplay.
The game supports multiplayer mode in both local and online multiplayer mode with up to 4 players. Apart from that, the game also brings over a dozen new characters. As far as the gameplay is concerned, players will need to survive through multiple new worlds, take down giant machines in boss fights, solve puzzles, roll, fly, swim, and dive through the world of Badland and help save the Clones from the heinous contraptions of the machine kind.
Warped Kart Racers: Launching on May 20
Electric Square developed the racing game Warped Kart Racers bringing iconic characters from 20th Television’s hit animated shows — American Dad, Family Guy, King of the Hill and Solar Opposites. The characters from this show will be available for players in the gameplay and race.
It’s a kart racing game in which players will be able to take control of some of their favourite characters from a lineup of 20 available racers to go solo or battle alongside their friends in iconic locations on their quest for karting glory.
The game will offer 16 maps to choose from in a single-player campaign or eight-player multiplayer matches.
App Store games in Apple Arcade
Apple is also porting some of the popular App Store games into Arcade.
Goat Simulator+: Launching on May 13
Goat Simulator+ is a simulation game where players are supposed to create as much destruction as possible as a goat. Goats will roam freely causing mayhem and unleashing chaos across three levels – Goatville, Goat City Bay and Buck to School.
Pro Darts 2022+: Launching on May 27
Pro Dark 2022+ is a dart game and according to the developer, it offers a feature-packed dart game experience. The game features 3D graphics including environments, custom boards, different dark component combinations and more. The gameplay is also simple, all payers need to do is simply swipe to throw the darts. The game also comes with a player assist system that allows players to play the game effectively.
