Amazon has slashed the price of Morphy Richards’ slow cooker
As energy prices go up, Brits are looking to make changes in their households to help minimise costs, with many realising that cheaper alternatives to usual cooking methods are worth switching to.
Morphy Richards has been a reliable go-to brand for many shoppers when looking for a new kitchen appliance, with its wide range of kettles, coffee machines, slow cookers and more.
Utilita says that slow cookers cost just 16p per day to run, which is less than half that of the cost of a gas or electric cooker, plus they are much more convenient as they can be safely left to run.
The appliance has a 3.5 litre capacity, which is ideal for cooking meals for up to four people, and can be used for searing or stewing on a gas or electric hob, providing an easy method with minimal washing up.
With a removable aluminium pot, bringing food straight to the table is made easy, plus it is lightweight so is easy to move from kitchen to table and back.

Strud said: ”Excellent pot. Really pleased. Good size, easy to clean and functions well. Having a lift up lid makes all the difference really, as it’s easier to give a quick stir, or add at the last minute, without having to take the lid off and leave it on the side, which usually ends up in water or food, so I like this product.”
Wendy GB commented: ”I have used my slow cooker many times now and it is a wonderful addition to my kitchen equipment. I threw out a really heavy one which was probably over 30 years old! This one is neat and stylish and because the pan is not ceramic, it is not heavy. The exterior is very easy to keep clean, just wipe it over.”
