Amazon begins its Black Friday sale with 4K TVs, smartphones and laptops slashed in price

The main Black Friday sale event kicks off from November 26 but that’s not stopping some of the UK’s biggest retailers from already launching discounts. Currys announced its early deals last week and Three Mobile also joined the party over the weekend with the network offering a free laptop to anyone who signs up for its broadband service. Now it’s the turn of Amazon to launch some big Black Friday offers with the online store cutting prices on laptops, 4K TVs, Echo speakers and more.

Amazon says that customers can start browsing its new deals from today, November 8, via amazon.co.uk/blackfriday and on the Amazon mobile shopping app. Anyone owning an Echo smart speaker can also use voice search to find the biggest bargains with shoppers able to say, “Alexa, what are my deals?”.

All of the Black Friday deals also include AmazonSmile in the Amazon App. This allows users to find the same amazing deals and Amazon shopping experience, with the added bonus that Amazon will donate a portion of the purchase price of eligible products to a charity of their choice.

If you fancy a bargain you’ll find a swathe offers including £220 off Huawei’s Windows 10 laptops, JVC TVs for under £300, Samsung Galaxy phones for just £127 and a 46 percent price cut on Amazon’s Fire TV devices.

There are also discounts on Amazon’s popular smart speakers and a number of Android phones are now hundreds of pounds cheaper.

Express.co.uk has looked at all of Amazon’s discounts and we’ve rounded up the best bargains below.

Speaking about its deals, Amazon said: “Black Friday-worthy deals have arrived early at Amazon, giving customers the opportunity to shop now and save big heading into the festive season. Starting today there are incredible deals and deep discounts of up to 40% off across every category, including fashion, home, beauty, toys, electronics, Amazon Devices, and many more.”
