On Saturday (17 June) Amanda Holden revealed she was heading to a fancy dress party dressed as late Hollywood actress, Marilyn Monroe.
In new snaps posted to Instagram, Amanda was wearing a white flowing dress, reminiscent of the outfit worn by Marilyn in the 1955 movie, The Seven Year Itch.
The structured dress, which the Britain’s Got Talent judge donned for her evening out, featured a plunging halterneck and had pleats running throughout the billowing skirt.
Her waist was cinched by a ribbed band, and she wore a pair of strappy white sandals on her feet.
To accessorise the look, the 52-year-old wore a gold bracelet on her right wrist, a silver on her left, and two rings that complimented her navy talons.

For make-up, the star opted for a bold red lip and heavy shimmering eyeshadow.
Amazingly, she pulled out all the stops and had her make-up artist place Marilyn’s signature beauty mark in the correct spot, too.
To complete the cosplay, Amanda swapped out her luscious brown locks for a stunning bleach-blonde Monroe bob.
In the caption of the stunning picture, she wrote: “#marilynmonroe for a special birthday party.”
A plethora of her two million followers have already flocked to the comment section and have praised Amanda’s amazing dress-up skills.
One fan claimed that the Portsmouth-born beauty was: “The most beautiful Marilyn Monroe I’ve seen.”
Another said: “Wow Mandy Moo you absolutely fabulous darling. As always. Love (sic) you chick. You brighten my days on Heart FM xx.”
A third commented: “Absolutely gorgeous, I had to look twice, you are her double but obviously better looking.”
To please fans further, Amanda has posted a video of the outfit in motion to TikTok.
In the clip, the radio host can be seen lip-syncing to Marilyn’s I Wanna Be Loved by You, blowing kisses into the camera, and showing off the special dress.
After watching the video, one TikTok user said: “I looked at this without reading the caption & thought she looks more like Amanda Holden than Marilyn Monroe.”
Another said: “Amanda’s so fabulous absolutely incredible dress.”
A third claimed that the presenter looks “amazing in everything”.
