Got a spare £5,000,000 stuffed down the back of your sofa? Well, why not treat yourself to Amanda Holden’s mansion?

We’re joking, of course, but the Britain’s Got Talent judge has actually put her house up for sale, meaning it’s on the market for anyone with a fair bit of cash in their pocket.

Located in Surrey, the gorgeous home has had a full revamp – and we all know Amanda has a talent for interior design, following her TV series with friend Alan Carr.

What she once called her ‘forever’ home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a massive 30ft by 27ft living room – imagine movie nights in that!

Amanda, 52, bagged the property for £3.5million back in 2015, meaning she’s now hoping to make £1.5million profit if it sells for the asking price.

Other features of Amanda’s stylish abode include a modern garden with decking, a bar, a study, and a lockdown renovated kitchen with a large island and navy units.

Oh, and there’s a hot tub – of course.

If rich buyers are after something ready for them to move in to, Amanda’s place might not be the one unless they’re a fan of colour, as her house is packed with vibrant artwork.

Amanda currently resides in the gorgeous house with her husband Chris, whom she married in 2008, and daughters Lexi, 17, and Hollie, 11.

The couple worked hard to give the property a new lease of life during the pandemic, with a source previously telling the Daily Mail: ‘Amanda loves her family home and is really proud of the work she’s done on it.

‘She’s had a real hand in the makeover and has enjoyed seeing her ideas come to life.

‘It will be a sad day when she moves out but Amanda can take comfort in the number of memories she’s created there.’

Indeed Amanda has loved living in the property, as she once admitted to ‘badgering’ its former owner for years to sell the house to her.

She told House Beautiful that it was important for their home to not feel like ‘a show home’.

Amanda is back on our screens with Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, and new judge Bruno Tonioli for a new series of Britain’s Got Talent, which started this weekend.

Hosted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, the variety show has already offered some interesting forms of entertainment, from parkour daredevils to impressive child magicians.

Britain’s Got Talent continues Saturday and Sunday on ITV1 and ITVX.
