Alton Towers Mardi Gras is back – and an overnight glamping break costs £88

The package includes an overnight stay in a Stargazing Pod, which has space for two adults and two children, plus free parking.
You’ll get a delicious breakfast in the morning, before heading out to enjoy all the fun at Alton Towers.
Theme park tickets are not included in this package – you can add this on as an upgrade when you book – but you do get access to the 9-hole Extraordinary Golf for free.
There’s also Mardi Gras-themed entertainment throughout the day, including parades.
But you’ll have to hurry though as the cheapest prices are only available on certain days in June: 7th, 8th, 9th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, and 19th.
Alton Towers launched its carnival-inspired event for the first time when it reopened last year.
On top of the parades, there’s music and dancing throughout the day.
This year is set to be even better with a themed bar and lots of delicious food from the Deep South in the US.
