Aldi releases cocoon chair and it’s perfect for the garden
Aldi’s newest release is ideal for summer, and could be a hit with shoppers after the success of a previous garden item.
Aldi’s latest garden buy is likely to prove popular with shoppers, and it’s now available to pre-order.
Aldi’s garden shop is a section within the site in which shoppers can get everything they need for their outdoor space, including garden furniture, tools and decor.
The Specialbuys are updated every Sunday and Thursday, and eagle-eyed shoppers can check the site on these days to ensure they don’t miss out on the latest deals.
Previously, Aldi released an egg chair which went viral leading to it selling out, and although the new Cocoon chair isn’t exactly the same, the design is just as stylish.
Buy: Belavi Cream Cocoon Chair with Cover (£169.99)
The cocoon-style chair features a wicker canopy frame, which is water-resistant but also comes with a cover to protect it from the elements when not in use or for unpredictable weather, making it easy to use when the sun does come out.
Ideal for relaxing and catching a tan, the chair is available in cream or grey shades, and has fitted back, seat and arm rest cushions which are soft and comfortable.
Although the chair doesn’t hang like the popular egg chair, it features the same frame concept and a similarly modern design to add some decor to the garden.
Aldi shoppers can also scour the website for the Thursday and Sunday additions, with bistro sets and bbqs amongst this week’s garden items.
The Cocoon chair has already been added to the site, however it’s currently on pre-order, so anyone that orders it now should expect it to be dispatched on April 27.
The garden seat is only available online and classes as an extra-large item, which means shoppers will need to pay £9.95 for delivery, so it’s worth keeping in mind that this will increase the overall cost of the order.
With summer only a couple of months away, it’s a good time to get prepared with summer purchases, especially with the popularity of previous Aldi items, and once stock is sold out, it may not be restocked in time for this year’s warm weather.
Many are also looking to get their gardens kitted out for the multiple May bank holidays, including the extra Coronation bank holiday and another day off still to come in August.
