Brace yourself for the marriage of the year – a union of flavours, that is.

Aldi has just unveiled a brand new crisp flavour that’s pushing the boundaries of carbohydrate collaborations.

The supermarket has launched some new garlic bread crisps, available at £1.15 for a 150g bag.

A flavour-first for Aldi, these new crisps come in the supermarket’s signature crinkle cut form and boast a smoky garlic finish.

Perfect for summer picnics, dinner parties or just snacking, the new arrival is bound to go down a treat with savoury snack lovers – especially those who enjoy crisp sandwiches, chip butties, or other double-carb mashups.

They’re also gluten-free and vegetarian, so are a good crowd-pleasing snack.

You just might want a chewing gum chaser after scoffing these.

But this isn’t the only new crisp variety hitting Aldi’s aisles.

The supermarket has also launched new croque-monsieur crinkle cut crisps, for all the ham and cheese lovers out there – also available in stores now.
