Acer has just launched the 16-inch Nitro 16 gaming laptop in the Indian market featuring AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors along with up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 graphics processors. Find out more, including features and specifications, price, availability and other details.
Acer Nitro 16 performance
The Acer Nitro 16 is now available in two variants. The top-end variant comes with an AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS octa-core processor, along with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 with 8GB of dedicated GDDR6 VRAM.
The base-variant also features the AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS octa-core processor, but includes the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 with 6GB of VRAM. Regardless, these are both latest generation processors, albeit from the mid-low range of the Ada Lovelace architecture GPUs.
Acer Nitro 16 display and cooling system
Moving on to the display, this is a 16-inch laptop, with WUXGA display with 16:10 aspect ratio, offering refresh rates up to 165 Hz.
Acer explains that the cooling system features “dual fans, dual intake, quad exhaust, and Liquid Metal grease.”
Acer Nitro 16 memory, storage, and connectivity
The Acer Nitro 16 comes with Gen 4 memory slots, and DDR5 storage slots. Its connectivity options include an HDMI 2.1, a MicroSD card reader, USB 4, Killer Ethernet E2600, and Wi-Fi 6E.
Acer Nitro 16 availability and price in India
Acer Nitro 16 laptops are now available on all Acer exclusive stores as well as the Acer E-Store, along with online retail stores like Amazon and Flipkart. The Acer Nitro 16 has a starting price of INR 1,14,990 for the base variant. We couldn’t, however, find the top variant with Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 GPU on the Acer E-store. It is currently available online only on Amazon India at INR 1,43,558.
