Abhishek Bachchan reacts to a fan saying he has surpassed his father after Dasvi release

Abhishek Bachchan is being showered with compliments, for his latest release Dasvi. In the newly released movie, the actor played the role of an illiterate politician. One of his fans tweeted that Abhishek was now more popular than his father. To this, the actor replied by thanking him for his compliment but saying that he would never surpass his father’s fame.

One of Abhishek’s fans who tweeted about his performance tweeted, “After this movie, looking at @SrBachchan people will say, ‘See that man, he is @juniorbachchan’s father.’ What a movie! #Dasvi (clapping emojis) What a class acting! #Abhishek #YamiGautam #NimratKaur #maddock #netflix #AbhishekBachchan #AmitabhBachchan.”

The Dasvi actor replied to this tweet saying, “Thank you for the compliment but…. Never! Baap, baap hota hai. Aur Rishte mein wo hamare (father will always be the father. And he is my father in relation)…. You know the rest.” 

The veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan himself did not hold back while praising his son for his stellar acting. In a tweet he referred to him as the rightful uttaradhikari. Commenting on Abhishek’s performance his father wrote, “This shot when he reads the results of the dasvi .. is just just sooo moving and immaculately performed .. so proud of you Bhaiyu .. @juniorbachchan.”

Abhishek has time and again proved himself as not only an incredible actor but also a humble son.
