A Twitter Video, GIF, and Photo In One Tweet?! Now you can!

On Wednesday, October 5, Twitter announced that users may now include four media in tweets. In other words, you may include a combination of four videos, GIFs, and photos.

It can come in handy if you want to express more of yourself on Twitter. Moreover, it could benefit businesses and organizations in marketing products and services.

As a result, one of the world’s most widely used social media expanded its functionality. Yet, you can find more improvements besides Twitter video tweets.

Twitter Blue offers the edit button.

The social media network is testing its Edit button for Twitter Blue subscribers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Those people may try the edit button by paying $4.99 monthly. Moreover, the subscription lets them read articles without ads.

Twitter Blue users may change the text size when they tap on the reader icon. Also, they could use the People tab to find more relevant content from those they follow.

Subscribers may also bookmark tweets so that they can easily view them anytime. These people may also adjust the look of the Twitter app and its icon.

Twitter Blue has an exclusive feature for iOS users. They could adjust the navigation bar on their iPhone to show their preferred types of content.

At the time of writing, Twitter Blue is not yet available in the Philippines. Soon, we would see it in the country after enough testing.

Elon Musk might own Twitter soon.

On October 6, 2022, Twitter lawyers told the Financial Times and Bloomberg that it would no longer depose Elon Musk

They said both sides agreed to the initial acquisition deal. A Twitter spokesperson told CNN, “[the] intention of the company is to close the transaction at $54.20 per share.”

In other words, Musk would likely purchase the social media company for $44 billion. As a result, we might see bigger changes than Twitter video tweets.

The Tesla CEO said in a TED interview that the social media network should “open source the algorithm.” That means the platform must explain how it promotes and demotes users.

Musk also said that Twitter must only remove posts that violate the law. Consequently, he may improve freedom of speech on the platform.

He suspended the acquisition because of an alleged abundance of fake accounts. As a result, he would likely crack down on bots and spammers once he buys the company.

Conclusion

Your Twitter video post could have three other pieces of media. In other words, you can post four GIFs, videos, and pictures.

That could facilitate posting your vacation moments. Also, companies could put more materials for promotional tweets. As a result, Twitter improves user experience.
