Fans and fellow celebrities were in awe after Charlene Gonzalez showed off her daughter Atasha singing Moira Dela Torre’s “Babalik sa ‘Yo,” as well as lines from the hit 1973 tune “Killing Me Softly.”

Atasha was in her casual clothes as she recorded herself singing the first few lyrics of “Babalik sa ‘Yo,” as shown in a video on Gonzalez’s Instagram page last Wednesday, May 24.

“Hey, [Atasha],” Gonzalez captioned her post.

The actress-beauty queen then showed another video where Atasha can be seen in a kitchen, rapping a verse from Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj’s “Bang Bang” while using a ladle as her microphone.

At the latter part of the clip, Atasha switches to a mellow tone as she sings a few lines from “Killing Me Softly.”

“Last na ‘to, promise. Sorry, [Atasha]. Don’t get mad. [I] just wanted to share because I thought this video was so cute,” Gonzalez wrote. “But please, next time use a microphone.”

Fellow celebrities Iza Calzado, Maja Salvador, Aiko Melendez and Ryan Agoncillo were among those who gushed over Atasha and praised her singing chops, via the comments section.
