Neymar is open to leaving Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season while Chelsea have already held talks over a potential summer move, according to reports.

The 31-year-old is about to end his sixth campaign with PSG having joined in a €222 million (£200m) deal from Barcelona in 2017.

PSG attempted to sell Neymar last summer but were unable to find a buyer for the Brazil international, who also wanted to stay at the French club.

However, ESPN reports that Neymar has changed his stance ahead of the summer window and is now keen on a move away from PSG.

The report claims that the former Barca forward no longer feels welcome at the club after PSG’s supporters gathered outside his home last week and urged him to leave.

It’s understood that Neymar’s preference would be to join a club in the Premier League and would not play for another team in La Liga due to his time at Barcelona.

PSG are willing to let Neymar leave and would even consider a loan deal which included an option to buy.

Chelsea, meanwhile, have already held discussions earlier this year with PSG about a potential deal for Neymar this summer.

ESPN reports that Chelsea’s co-owner, Todd Boehly, is a ‘big fan’ of Neymar and is personally driving the club’s attempt to sign him.
