Kim Kardashian and family’s exclusive gated community forced to up security measures after spate of incidents
Hidden Hills, the gated community where the likes of Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and plenty of other A-listers live, has increased security after uninvited guests found their way into the exclusive confines.
Not only have more security guards been stationed inside the gated community, but a new camera system has been installed, law enforcement confirmed.
The new technology means the area can be monitored in real-time and there has already been a drop in incidents.
Reporting that the move had been confirmed by law enforcement, TMZ adds that burglaries – once happening ‘multiple’ times a week – have been eradicated and potential trespassers ‘stopped and turned away before things can escalate’.
In October, a man was arrested after he found his way into the community and in January 42-year-old Kim was granted a restraining order against another man who showed up at her home.
Over the years, LA’s Hidden Hills as been called home by the like of Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus and is located around 20 miles from the city’s centre.
Kardashian fans will soon be whisked back to the elite enclave when season three of their hit reality show returns next month.
Filmed largely in Kim and co’s homes, it’s the closet many of us will ever get to the star-studded enclave.
Season three promises drama galore, with a recent trailer hinting that Kim and her 44-year-old sister Kourtney fall out big time.
However, despite the ceremony being a loving affair, it appeared to spark yet more drama between the siblings if the teaser is anything to go by.
In the clip, Kourtney pulled no punches when she discussed Kim and her deal with Dolce & Gabbana, who famously styled her big day.
‘My sister used my wedding as a business opportunity,’ she told the camera.
After Khloe Kardashian suggested that the bride was ‘livid’, it was down to Kendall Jenner to explain: ‘She felt like her wedding vibes were like stripped from her.’
‘I’m really confused how this narrative came into her head,’ Kim said in her defence. ‘I couldn’t have been more mindful.’
Kendall and Kylie weren’t quite convinced by her words, insisting that they could see ‘both sides’ of the row.
Roll on May 25!
