Pokwang says Lee O’Brian ‘didn’t want’ their daughter: Nagalit siya nung nalaman na buntis ako
Pokwang is further speaking up about her relationship with former partner Lee O’Brian and this time, the actress claimed that the latter was initially displeased when he knew she was pregnant with their daughter Malia.
Pokwang did not mince words as she responded to netizens who gave their opinion on the comedian’s past relationship with O’Brian, through the comments section of her Instagram post on Tuesday, Feb. 28.
“You should be thankful that you met him instead of being bitter. Because of him, [you both] have a beautiful daughter,” one @allieschultz777 said. “Count your blessings instead of being hateful. Move on and be thankful of what you have!”
“Madali sa inyo sabihin ‘yan kasi hindi sa inyo nangyare, t*nga!” Pokwang replied. “Mentally at financially ang na-invest ko sa kanya kaya ganito [ako]. Wala kayong alam! Kung isama ko kayo sa demanda para maunawaan niyo?”
(It’s easy for you to say that because it did not happen to you, stupid! I invested in him mentally and financially that’s why I am being like this. You know nothing! Should I include you in our legal battle for you to understand?)
Pokwang also asked the netizen what she should be thankful to O’Brian for, when in fact she shouldered all the expenses from her pre-natal checkup to childbirth.
Pokwang also responded to other Instagram users who appeared to have already taken down their comments.
“Hindi magiging masaya ang anak namin kapag nalaman niya na batugan at ayaw sa kanya ng tatay niya, na nagalit nang malaman na buntis ako!” she claimed. (Our child would not be happy if she learns that her father is lazy and did not want her as he got angry when he learned I was pregnant.)
“Oo, ‘di niya talaga ako minahal kasi nga user!” she said in a separate comment. (He did not really love me because he is a user!)
Pokwang confirmed her separation from O’Brian in July last year. Their split made headlines again earlier this year after she revealed that O’Brian is in a new relationship, and that the latter did not make an effort to “swallow his pride” for Malia.
O’Brian has yet to publicly speak up on Pokwang’s statements against him as of this writing. /ra
