Class 12 Chemistry Exam: The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the Class 12 Chemistry exam tomorrow, February 28, 2023. Students who are going to appear in the Chemistry paper can check past question papers, marking scheme and other important instructions here.
The Chemistry exam for class 12 will be held on February 28, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Students will get additional 15 minutes of reading time to go through the question paper. Students can refer to the previous year question papers and marking scheme to understand the exam pattern and marks distribution.

Exam Pattern
Class 12 Chemistry paper will be of 70 marks. Students will get a total of 3 hours to complete the question paper. There will be 35 questions divided into five sections. Students will be allowed to use log tables and calculators during the exam.
✦ Section A consists of 18 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each.
✦ Section B consists of 7 very short answer questions carrying 2 marks each.
✦ Section C consists of 5 short answer questions carrying 3 marks each.
✦ Section D consists of 2 case-based questions carrying 4 marks each.
✦ Section E consists of 3 long answer questions carrying 5 marks each.

CBSE 12th Chemistry Exam 2023: Important Instructions
↣ Candidates will be given 15 minutes of reading time to read the question paper.
↣ Candidates must reach the examination centre well before the commencement of exam.
↣ Make sure to carry your CBSE admit card and school ID on the examination date.
↣ Students must report to the examination centre in their respective school uniforms.
↣ Electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination hall.
↣ Follow all the COVID protocols inside and outside the examination venue.
↣ Diabetic students are allowed to carry their medicine.
