Yen Santos’ fitness video flooded by snide comments: ‘Workout as a friend’
A Tiktok video of controversial actress Yen Santos while working out has caught the attention of netizens, where many bombarded her with comments pertaining to her relationship with real-life boyfriend Paolo Contis.
Santos was spotted catching up with her fitness routine in a video uploaded by celebrity trainer Coach Flex on his personal Tiktok account on Sunday, Feb. 5. The actress can be seen working out with a pull-up machine, barbells, and other fitness equipment in the video.
“Workout with Yen Santos #fitness #bodybuilding #coachflex #alagangflex #tiktokphilippines #tiktoksportsph #trending #viral #celebritycoach #workoutwithme,” Coach Flex said in the caption.
The coach can also be heard cheering the actress on, saying motivational remarks such as “Payat na siya (She’s already thin). Let’s go, Yen.”

The video, however, attracted the attention of netizens, with some making comments in reference to Contis, who confirmed the status of their relationship in January 2023, while others shared snide remarks about her personal life.
Santos and Contis have been making headlines since 2021 after starring together in the film “A Faraway Land”, which sparked allegations about the actress being the cause of the latter’s breakup with his ex-partner LJ Reyes, which was confirmed by talent manager Lolit Solis in August of the same year.
The actor eventually confirmed his relationship with Santos in an interview with Boy Abunda on his talk show earlier this year, as he clarified that his newfound romance is not the cause of his break-up with Reyes. EDV
