Hardest games ever: Dark Souls, Battletoads, Ghosts N Goblins – how many have you finished

Dark Souls, Ghosts ‘n’ Goblins, and Battletoads are among the hardest video games ever made, it has been revealed.

A new study has uncovered the ten hardest and most frustrating games based on skill level, the length of time it takes to complete and more.

The study – which was conducted by Casino En Ligne – confirmed that Ninja Gaiden was the hardest game to finish, followed by Dark Souls and Osu!

Free-to-play rhythm game Osu! is also listed as the longest game to complete, taking roughly 344 hours to finish.

In fact, it’s such a lengthy game, that roughly a third of people quit before finishing.

Elsewhere, Bloodborne and Dark Souls walkthroughs are said to be the most sought-after on Google.

As for the top ten most frustrating games, Capcom platform game Ghosts ‘n’ Goblins tops the list.

Ghosts ‘n’ Goblins is followed by Osu! in second place, Battletoads in third, Dark Souls at four, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in fifth.
