Danniella Westbrook, 47, candidly admits relapsing as she gives up ‘cocaine and champagne’

Danniella Westbrook has vowed she is “done with the drinking” as she admitted relapsing since leaving rehab. In a candid post, the former EastEnders star admitted she had “slipped and slide[d]” in view of her 67,000 followers.

Danniella posted yesterday about her addiction battle as she began a health kick.

In an honest post, she shared with her fans how she’s struggled since she left rehab.

However, the former Sam Mitchell star admitted “cocaine and Champagne ain’t got the high” she wants as she vowed to cut them out.

The 47-year-old actress wrote: “OK so here goes… HONESTY POST OK so it’s no secret since leaving rehab I’ve slipped and slides more than I have been straight I guess.(sic)

“I’m lucky this time I’m nit crawling in the rooms a sniveling skinny bag head …(sic)

“I was meant for more than this and this last few years f****** about has show me, that cocaine and champagne ain’t got the high I want.”(sic)

Danniella also urged her followers who are struggling to “wake up and change your life”.

The former soap star has been candid about facing addiction issues since she was a teenager.

She first took drugs at the age of 14 before admitting her cocaine use escalated after she landed her role on EastEnders at 16.

Since then, the star has opened up many times about her battle with addiction.

Following her honest post, Danniella was inundated with support from friends and her fans.
