Paul sparring partner double legs ex-Love Island star Fincham

Jake Paul’s sparring partner Anthony Taylor doubled legged ex-Love Island star Jack Fincham ahead of their boxing bout on the Floyd Mayweather vs Deji Olatunji undercard. The pair are set to meet each other in the ring on November 13 at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.

Ahead of their fight, both men came face to face at a recent press event where push came to shove. As the two men came squared up, Fincham shouted: “Listen, I’m the Love Island king. You’d love to be the Love Island king boy.”

To which, Taylor replied: “You dare step to the king, bring it. First round, I’m going to break you first round,” before shooting in for a double leg takedown on his adversary.

The two men then awkwardly grappled on the floor before security broke up the exchange as Taylor banged his chest and roared. “You’re a Lunchable to me, I like to eat my desert first,” said Taylor as Fincham was pulled away.

“I am absolutely buzzing to get out to Dubai and make my boxing debut,” said Fincham at the launch press conference.

“I have been at this sport for a long long time. There were so many easier fights out there for me and I could have taken them, but life is about testing yourself and I wanted to test myself and show you guys what I can do. I have been in this sport for a long time and I want to showcase that.

“An opportunity to fight in Dubai against Anthony Taylor I am not going to turn that down. But I’ll be honest if I can’t beat Anthony Taylor, I will probably pack it in and I will see what reality TV series will have me. I am looking forward to it though, this isn’t a show to miss. The training is going well and the weight is coming off so I am ready to go.”
