Sixteen students from RCA, JMI clears UPPSC-2021 Examination – Times of India
As many as sixteen candidates from the coveted Residential Coaching Academy (RCA), Centre for Coaching and Career Planning, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) have cleared Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC)-2021 Examination. Apart from this, two candidates from the academy have been selected in UPSC CSE 2021 through the reserved list and one student has been selected for the Odisha Civil Services Examination.
Elated over the achievement, JMI Vice Chancellor Prof Najma Akhtar congratulated successful candidates and hoped that the performance will improve further in the coming years.
Under the leadership and guiding spirits of the Vice Chancellor, RCA conducted an All India Entrance Test to reach out to civil services aspirants across the country. Accordingly, a good pool of talented aspirants was selected for the session.
It is worth mentioning that Sanchita Sharma of RCA, JMI topped UPPSC-2020 PCS examination last year.
The RCA administration is hopeful that an enabling ecosystem in the academy in terms of preparation for various stages of the Civil Services Examination will further enhance the performance of the aspirants with the induction of recently appointed academic counsellors. Particular focus is being given to counselling during the preparation cycle to ensure the aspirants’ good mental health.
