What’s going on with Vince McMahon?

The 76-year-old McMahon, who was the CEO and chairman of the WWE, on July 22 announced his retirement amid an investigation into alleged misconduct. According to a report from the Wall Street Journal, he had paid more than $12 million over the last 16 years in order to suppress allegations of sexual misconduct and infidelity. Federal investigations into the matter, according to WSJ, sped up his retirement.

The company’s board of directors on July 25 announced that Nick Khan and Stephanie McMahon, Vince McMahon’s daughter, will serve as co-CEOs of the company. Stephanie McMahon will also take on the role of chairwoman of the board.
