Indiyah Polack’s protective mum orders Dami Hope not to hurt her
The couple have had their fair share of ups and downs in the villa so far, both choosing to recouple after getting closer to the bombshells in Casa Amor.
But, they’re back on track and life couldn’t be sweeter, with viewers even likening their relationship to that in rom com The Notebook, what with their cuddles and late night kisses.
However, naturally, Indiyah’s mum, Dee, only wants the best of the best for her daughter, and has ordered 26-year-old Dami not to hurt her.
Speaking to The Mirror, Dee said: ‘They look good together, but Dami is still on probation in my eyes.’
She wore a smile, but wanted her message to be clear: ‘Do not hurt my Indi – I’ll be watching you!’
You heard her, Dami!
Hotel waitress Indiyah, 23, and microbiologist Dami patched things up after the dramas of Casa thanks to his heartfelt speech on Thursday.
Indiyah was in the process of getting to know Deji, while Dami coupled up with Summer, with whom he shared several smooches while the girls were away.
‘I’ve seen some growth in Dami since the Casa drama. He has potential. Indi is going at a smooth pace – all the while, she is analysing situations and actions,’ she said.
While Dee says it’s ‘unbearable’ missing her daughter while she’s away in Majorca, Indiyah has had her and older sister Shak in fits of laughter, still providing the entertainment when miles away.
‘Her facial expressions are jokes! The challenge where they’re spitting drinks into each other’s mouths – yuck. She obviously hated it, bless her,’ Dee added.
She’s backing her girl to go all the way to the final, stating that Indiyah ‘will definitely invest’ if she and Dami are crowned winners and leave the villa £50,000 richer.
Of course, there’ll be some retail therapy involved too, with her mum saying Indiyah ‘deserves’ a treat.
So, will Indiyah and Dami go the distance? Or will Movie Night continue to expose secrets they wish had been kept under wraps? Time will tell…
