Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna start shooting for Animal in Himachal Pradesh

After a beautiful wedding with Alia Bhatt in Mumbai, Ranbir Kapoor is back to work, as dedicated as ever. Helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga – his much anticipated action-entertainer film alongside Rashmika Mandanna has kickstarted its first schedule in Manali where they were greeted with a warm welcome.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s debut directorial Arjun Reddy was a massive blockbuster and the Hindi Remake – Kabir Singh featuring Shahid Kapoor was an even bigger hit. Now he is all set for his next film – Animal.

As per reports on a leading daily, Ranbir has undergone a massive transformation for the film and it will be something very refreshing.

Earlier, Parineeti Chopra had come on board for this multi-lingual film. However, because of her wish to collaborate with Imtiaz Ali, she had to step down from this project which then signed Rashmika for the same role.

As quoted in an entertainment portal, “Parineeti is going to work with Imtiaz Ali for the first time in her career as the heroine in the ace director’s next, Chamkila. It is a huge moment for her because she has always wanted to creatively collaborate with the visionary director.”
