Fans baffled as Ant and Dec apologise for swearing on Saturday Night Takeaway

Saturday Night Takeaway hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly said sorry after some bad language slipped out on their family entertainment show.

The popular pair, who have hosted SNT for 20 years, apologised twice to viewers during the hour-and-a-half show on Saturday March 5.

“We’re live tonight,” said Ant drily.

But baffled fans responded to say they hadn’t even heard any swearing and asked ‘what rude words?’

@putthetellyon said: “Stop apologising for swearing we can’t hear! #SaturdayNightTakeaway.”
