The Masked Singer UK winner Natalie Imbruglia shared a cute video of her celebrating her crowning moment with close family and friends.

After several clues and incredible musical performances, judges Rita Ora, Mo Gilligan, Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, and host Joel Dommett, were amazed to see the 47-year-old singer behind the elaborate costume.

It was a tight competition right to the very end, as runner-up Charlotte Church was unmasked as Mushroom and Westlife singer Mark Feehily finished in third place as Robobunny.

The star took to social media and thanked everyone involved in what has been a ‘great experience.’

She wrote: ‘So there you have it..I am Panda! ????Such fun… what a great experience and thank you to everyone on the show and to all who helped me keep the secret!!! @maskedsingeruk ???????????? #MaskedSingerUK.’

Despite wowing everyone in the studio and audiences at home with her incredible performances, the Torn hitmaker revealed she initially struggled to get to grips with it at first.

Speaking about her triumphant win, Natalie said: ‘I thought the mask would make me feel more confident but it took a while to get used to.

‘Your voice is booming back at you so that is strange at first. By the third performance, I was loving it.’

‘You sweat a lot too so that made me feel better about eating all the treats in the dressing room,’ she added.

The former Neighbours star also explained that her son inspired her to take part in the annual series.

‘He loves the character I chose,’ she added.

‘I also thought it would be fun to sing with a mask on, no need to spend hours in hair and make-up. I liked the idea of hiding my identity and putting on an accent to throw people off the scent. I guess it’s also an acting gig,’ she said.

The TV programme has remained a hit throughout the past three series, and that interest has continued to grow as stars including Michael Owen, Jaime Winstone and Michelle Williams were unmasked as competitors.

The Masked Singer series three is available to watch on ITV Hub.
