Are you a fan of boats and also looking for a home?

Well, we may have found the property for you.

A six-bed house is now on the market for £400,000 but has left prospective owners baffled because it has a boat in one of the bedrooms.

Situated in Bristol, the run down property is split over an impressive three floors and even has its own cellar.

History buffs will love the fact it is a 17th century former farmhouse, but it is in need of some serious cosmetic work.

Currently, the living room and dining room are filled with clutter and the kitchen needs a lick of paint.

Meanwhile, the doors and frames also require some care and attention.

Thankfully, lack of space will not be an issue.

There are four decent size bedrooms on the first floor with another two on the second.

One of the rooms not only has a double bed but features a triple bunk bed too.

However, two of the bedrooms are causing issue with house hunters.

One has a massive hole in the ceiling, while another has a grey, rubber dinghy in the middle of the floor.

Apart from a chest of drawers it is the only form of furniture in the room. The room has no carpet and is also littered with mess and old paint pots.

The Grade II Listed property is being sold by Purplebricks and is being advertised on Rightmove.

‘Which will need renovating to make it habitable. The house is thought to have been constructed in the late-seventeenth or early eighteenth century.
