1000lb Sisters star’s tragic news has fans rushing to her support
Fans of the reality show 1000lb Sisters are concerned for one of its stars after the tragic death of her husband, Caleb Willingham.
Tammy Slaton, 36, took to Instagram to share an update with her 573,000 followers, uploading a cartoon depicting three individuals sitting together at a bar.
Alongside the image, she wrote a message that worried fans: “Even tho we don’t talk every day. Just because you live far away. You’re on my mind til each day’s end. I’m proud to say you are my friend [sic].”
Numerous fans of the TLC reality star quickly took to the comments section to express their support and well wishes, reports The Daily Express US.
One user, ariineedssleep, wrote: ”We love and care about you, Tammy. I am so sorry about Caleb. I know that you both loved each other very much. Please stay strong and stay healthy.
“Continue to get better because Caleb would want to see you healthy and happy.
“I love you so much, sweetheart, and we are all sending you love, hugs, and prayers. I hope you can truly heal. Love from Maryland [sic].”
Another user, mamamiller79, commented: “Love and hugs to you from New Jersey. We are truly sorry to hear of Caleb’s passing.”
Reports had previously surfaced suggesting that Tammy and Caleb were experiencing difficulties in their relationship, leading to their separation in May of this year.
However, despite their reported split, Tammy shared the heartbreaking news of Caleb’s death in a post, saying: “Rip sweet angel, you will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness.”
TLC, the network behind “1000lb Sisters,” also released a statement expressing their condolences: “We are deeply saddened to learn of Caleb Willingham’s passing.
“Our condolences go out to Tammy, his family, and friends at this difficult time.”
