According to a relationship expert, these ten questions can help determine how healthy your relationship is.

Lauren Consul, from California, is a popular marriage and family therapist and says that couples should be able to answer all ten questions, which cover everything from casual habits to intimate preferences and big stressors.

Lauren is best known for sharing professional relationship advice on TikTok, and in her latest video says that ‘you’re doing something right in your relationship’ if you know the answers to all ten.

The video has been liked a whopping 299k times and has been shared 45k times as people try to answer them.

The questions can fit into four categories: everyday routine, personal preferences, intimate issues, and trying times.

Everyday routine

  • Do they like the toilet paper over or under?
  • Do you know how your partner likes their eggs cooked?

Personal preferences

  • What would they consider to be a big purchase?
  • What was their dream job when they were in elementary school?
  • If you were to arrive at a bar before your partner, what would they want you to order for them?

Intimacy

  • How frequently would they ideally like to be having sex?
  • How do they like you to flirt with them?

Trying times

  • What is something that they’re very self conscious about?
  • What is the biggest tell that they are stressed out?
  • What is one of the biggest stressors in their life right now?
