Vanessa Feltz said she is about to be hypnotised as she opened up about her self-care routine following her heartbreaking split from fiancé Ben Ofoedu.
Taking to Instagram today, the agony aunt filmed herself in the back of a vehicle as she shared the reason behind visiting a hypnotist.
The 61-year-old explained: “Hello there. I’m in a taxi about to go and be hypnotised.
“Hypnotise I hear you ask, ‘Vanessa what good could that possibly do?'”
“My answer, what’s the harm,” the This Morning star signed off as she smiled at the camera.

Vanessa captioned the post: “Off to be hypnotised!” and added the hashtags: “#selfcare #health #mindfulness #strategy.”
The newly single star revealed last month that she and fiancé Ben Ofoedu had broken up after 16 years together.
Ben, 50, then confirmed he cheated on her eight years ago, and more recently sexted one lady and flirted with another, leaving Vanessa heartbroken.
He recently dismissed claims he is a serial cheater after being trolled on social media.
Setting the record straight, he said: “We were in love for 17 years, so yeah I would love to be back in that situation because I love her so much.”
He told presenter Mark Dolan on GB News: “Vanessa and I parted ways. I mean, I’ve been pretty honest about it, really. All it was, I’d had an affair before which put our relationship on quite dodgy ground, but we’d got over it really and that was like 2015.
“There’s also a case that’s happening with the Metropolitan Police now, linked to a troll. I was sex texting this troll that I did not know was a troll and stuff, it was just sex texting.”
Ben went on: “The whole thing about me having numerous amounts of affairs, and going to holiday camps and sleeping with these different women, and that I’d had several affairs is just not true.
“And it’s horrible, I’ve been getting trolled by practically what seemed like the whole of Great Britain for the last three to four weeks and probably a couple of months, and it’s been really, really tough.
“I’ve been completely honest about it. I think it’s important to kind of own up and say, ‘Look, I was wrong,’ and stuff like that.”
Ben also hinted at a possible reconciliation saying he would “love to be back in that situation” with Vanessa.
Meanwhile, the TV star has been keeping busy as she was spotted out with newly single star Trinny Woodall.
