Valorant Penta Challenge Tournament Announced by Penta Esports With Prize Pool, Dates and More Revealed

Penta Esports has announced plans for its upcoming Valorant ‘Penta Challenge’ tournament, taking place from October 5 to 24, 2021. The tournament will have a prize pool of Rs. 5,00,000 with two open qualifiers between October 5-10 and October 12-17, followed by a Grand Finale where 2 teams from each qualifier and 4 invited teams will compete with each other. The tournament will be held in partnership with Facebook Gaming, where it will be broadcasted, and Trinity Gaming.

“We’ve always had the vision to bring opportunities to the player and amazing viewing experience to the spectators and our newest IP, Penta Challenge, is a step in that direction,” said Akshay Paul, CMO of Penta Esports. ‘Penta Challenge’ will also include other games in its lineup in the future.

Registrations for the Valorant Penta Challenge are now live and will go on till October 8. Penta Esports also revealed that matches will be broadcast live on its Facebook page. The tournament will also mark the launch of Penta’s own online platform which will be a “one stop destination for all things esports, including match schedules, match results, VODs of tournaments and leagues, content, news, announcements and much more.” The website will also allow users to create recruitment posts for their teams.

“We’ve been working on this platform for a while and it feels rewarding to launch it for everyone,” said Kiran Noojibail, head of esportsPenta Esports. “We wanted to create a platform for Indian esports players and enthusiasts, which encompasses all major aspects of esports. Penta Challenge – Valorant will be the first tournament for our platform and we look forward to building a strong community through the platform!”

Valorant ‘Penta Challenge’ tournament will start on October 5, with registrations going live on Penta Esports’ official website.
