UPSC Prelims 2023: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) successfully conducted the Civil Services Examination, CSE Prelims 2023 on May 28. The Preliminary examination was held in two shifts: GS Paper-I from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and CSAT Paper-II from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Now, the Commission has uploaded both papers for the convenience of the candidates on the official website at upsc.gov.in.
According to the UPSC aspirants and experts, the Prelims 2023 was the toughest exam in years. In a new development, the Union Public Service Commission has adopted new exam ways of question formation which left many candidates surprised during the examination.

However, candidates who took the Prelims and those who prepare to appear in the Civil Services Examination in the coming years may download the UPSC Prelims 2023 question paper available on the official website of the Commission.
How to download UPSC Prelims 2023 GS, CSAT Papers?
Step 1. Visit the official website at upsc.gov.in
Step 2. On the homepage, go to ‘Examinations’ then select ‘Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2023’
Step 3. A new page will open, click on the Prelims Question Paper link
Step 4. A PDF of the GS, CSAT Papers will appear on the screen
Step 5. Download and take a printout of the PDF for future reference
