Bam Margera, 43, is wanted by police in his home state of Pennsylvania after a disturbance was reported at 11am on Sunday morning near his Pocopson Township estate.
There is a warrant out for the reality TV star’s arrest, charging him with four misdemeanour counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorise another, one count of simple assault and one count of harassment while subjecting another to physical contact.
The incident started early Sunday as the professional skateboarder banged on his older brother’s bedroom door and left him a note.
The note allegedly threatened: “If you even f***ing think of calling the police on me I will officially f*** you up.”
Jesse Margera, 44, claimed he went downstairs after reading the note and found his brother peeing into the kitchen sink.

An argument reportedly broke out and the musician claimed Bam struck him multiple times on his head, leaving Jesse with visible injuries.
He also claimed that, during the fight, the Jackass star raged: “I’ll kill you. I’ll put a bullet in your head.”
Jesse claimed Bam said he would kill everyone in the home, including their father Phil, before fleeing into the woods before police arrived on-scene.
Police are currently engaged in an active manhunt for the star.
In a Twitter update on Tuesday, Jesse assured his following that he is “fine”, and thanked them for their support.
He attached a screenshot of some comments he had shared on Instagram which read: “Lol all good no big whoop he threw some punches at me which I blocked.
“He got a good one on my ear tho it’s still ringing actually haha. Same ol s**t. It’s just boring at this point sadly. I just want him to get help. It’s about 20 years overdue.
“It’s the constant death threats against my parents and other family members that I’m not going to just sit there and tolerate. He has been up for about a week at this point and is hallucinating.
“He is a danger to himself and anyone around him and that is unacceptable.”
The reported incident comes just weeks after Bam was released from police custody following an arrest in late March.
He was arrested in California for public intoxication after allegedly causing a scene at a restaurant where he was dining with his estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, and their son Phoenix, five, per Page Six.
In February, 39-year-old Nicole filed for legal separation from Bam, who she married in 2013 and reportedly requested legal and physical custody of Phoenix as well as spousal support from the celebrity.
Following this news, the Jackass star tattooed his son’s name above his eyebrow in Arabic, sharing it with his 102,000 Instagram followers in a selfie with fellow skateboarder Jesse Gullings.
Bam wrote in the caption: “I miss Phoenix the wolf so much I had to get his name tattooed on my f****n face to remind Nikki she is breaking my heart by not letting me see him.” (sic)
Anyone with knowledge of Bam’s whereabouts is requested to contact Pennsylvania State Police Avondale on the non-emergency number 610-28-2022.
