Travelodge Christmas sale has thousands of rooms from £8.50pp

TRAVELODGE has released new deals for this winter, with rooms from £34 per night or less.

Thousands of those rooms also happen to be near some of the best UK Christmas markets, meaning you could bag a festive staycation from just £8.50pp.

Standard rooms can sleep up to four people, with a king-size bed and one or two additional pull-out beds for kids.

All the rooms feature a TV, small desk with chair, shower and toiletries.

The £34 room deals are hugely popular, so you’ll have to be quick to bag a bargain stay.

If you’re after a Christmas staycation in London, you’ll find plenty of markets, with the biggest one being Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park.

The market will open its doors on November 18 until January 2.

You’ll find stalls selling Christmas gifts, food and mulled wine, as well as an ice rink and fairground rides.

It’s worth noting that you’ll have to book tickets, though, however, there are free tickets during off-peak times.

The Christmas market is near the Georgian buildings, around Bath Street and will run from November 24 to December 11.

The Travelodge near Bath’s market still have availability on the £34 rooms, but you’ll have to be quick as they fill up quickly.

More than 200 Travelodges have an on-site restaurant, The Bar Café, which offers a breakfast, dinner and bar menu service.

Unlimited hot buffet breakfasts start from only £8.99, and for each paying adult, two children under the age of 15 eat for free.

Cooked options include a full English breakfast featuring eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, beans and toast, and even vegetarian options.
