With a record-breaking local sale price of $15.7 million for a single-family home, it’s no surprise Mike Shanahan’s former Cherry Hills Village mansion was the priciest local residential property to change hands last month.
The former Denver Broncos head coach sold his 32,254-square-foot mansion at 8 Cherry Hills Park Drive on Oct. 21 to TenTwo Holdings LLC, according to Arapahoe County property records.
The purchasing entity is managed by Richard Diecidue, CEO of investment firm Unicom Capital, which has offices in Denver and New York City.
It’s the priciest single-family home sale in the metro region’s history, according to the local MLS.
Sandy Weigand and Chuck Gargotto with Kentwood Real Estate DTC represented the seller, and Phillip Larson with Catalina Realty represented the buyer.
