The mother-of-three ended the post with: “Happy birthday Wizz, we love you to infinity and beyond. Stay true, stay true.”
She was careful not to post her face as both she and her husband Matt Willis, 40, value their children’s privacy.
The mother and daughter appeared to be abroad as she wore a sweatshirt, shorts, and a pair of Mickey Mouse ears.
Emma embraced the sunshine in a yellow halter-neck top, shorts, and a white shirt wrapped around her waist.
Celebrities, including TV chef Juliet Sear, wished the teenager a happy birthday: “Happy birthday! I remember making her 3rd birthday cake. It was a Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse shape? Have fun!! xxx.”
Bake Off winner Candice Brown added: “Happy birthday Isabelle. You really are a very special young lady.”
