A reader documents his 100+ hours with Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, via a series of stunning in-game photos focusing on action and creation.

Tears of the Kingdom is a true masterpiece and I have the photos to prove it! My expectations going into this game were through the roof but after 165 hours of play and thousands of photos, I can safely say Nintendo have done the impossible and bettered Breath Of The Wild! The sheer scale of the game is mind boggling! Even after having beaten Ganondorf, I’m still nowhere near seeing everything the game has to offer.

Picking a selection of photos to share from such a vast adventure was really tough and I couldn’t include some of my favourites for fear of spoilers but I hope you enjoy the ones I have picked. This first selection is meant to show the frenetic action of the game, along with the playful nature of the physics and construction mechanics. There is such endless joy in your interactions with the world. So please enjoy some Nintendo magic!

GC: Ryan also created a similar Reader’s Feature for Zelda: Breath Of The Wild back in 2017 and you can see part 1 of that article here and part 2 here.

WARNING: I haven’t included any bosses or major secrets but if you want to stay completely spoiler free you may wish to stop reading now.

The reader’s feature does not necessarily represent the views of GameCentral or Metro.
