Taylor Swift’s dad hangs out with Matty Healy at Eras tour and they’ve got moves

Matty Healy was spotted hanging out with Taylor Swift’s dad Scott over the weekend.

The internet was sent into meltdown earlier this month when reports emerged that the musicians were dating, weeks after 33-year-old Taylor was said to have split from her boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn.

Matty, 34, was spotted in the VIP tent at his rumoured girlfriend’s Philadelphia show on Saturday and standing next to the 1975 frontman was someone who looked exactly like Taylor’s stockbroker dad.

What’s more, both Matty and 71-year-old Scott appeared to be having a blast as Taylor belted out hits and swayed side to side, almost in unison.

Footage captured of Matty and Scott at Lincoln Financial Field soon started doing the social media rounds, with one person sharing the clip on Twitter and writing: ‘MATTY HEALY AND TAYLORS DAD JAMMING!!!’

It’s not just Taylor’s dad that Matty’s spent time with lately.

The crooner bonded with Blake Lively at another of Grammy-winner Taylor’s recent shows and days earlier larked around with Gigi Hadid – one of Taylor’s best pals – at her Nashville show.

Taylor and Matty were even seen getting close and sharing a ‘kiss’ during a recent date in New York.

The musical duo and supposed couple enjoyed a double date with Taylor’s collaborator Jack Antonoff and his fiancée Margaret Qualley at Casa Cipriani in New York on Thursday.

Reports Taylor and Matt were an item first emerged this month following a report from The Sun, where it was claimed they were ‘madly in love’ even though it was ‘early days’.

They were ‘really excited just to go public with their love,’ the source added.

While neither Matt nor Taylor has commented on the rumours, Matt’s father, Tim Healy – ex-husband to Loose Women’s Denise Welch – appeared offended that people thought it was funny he and Denise could potentially be Taylor’s future in-laws.
