A perfect 70s ‘time capsule’ property is on the market in Leicestershire.

Full of oranges, greens, pinks and, of course, all kinds of contrasting patterns, this home might not be to everyone’s taste, but there’s no denying it’s pretty unique.

The Rightmove listing doesn’t specify which decade the decorating took place in, just that the property is ‘in need of modernisation’.

But we have a pretty decent guess.

With three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms, it has all the makings of a great family home.

There’s also a garage and utility room, along with a sizeable lounge and dining room.

The two rooms downstairs each have green ceilings and different loud patterned carpets, curtains and wallpaper – none of which match.

In the kitchen, mint green cabinets are, of course, paired with bright orange walls.

In one of the bedrooms, you’ll find yet more shades of green and orange, and floral print absolutely everywhere.

While in another, larger one, there are more floral patterns in various shades of pink to go with a powder blue patterned carpet.

Interested in making this home your own? For £250,000, you could.

Just please, don’t change too much.
