Students showcase their creative and artistic skills in LITART—2022 – Times of India

Amritsar: The students of Spring Dale Senior School exhibited thespian, literary and artistic skills during the annual LITART—2022 held in the school premises here on Friday. The students also debated on various issues pertaining to daily life and morality including topics from history and science and technology.
Giving details , school principal Rajiv Kumar Sharma, said that the event witnessed zestful participation of students from Classes I to XII from different schools.

“It was heartening to see students take an active part in activities such as story-telling, debate, poster making, and poetry recitation,” he said.
The Millenium School won the first position in Debate as well as Story Telling category, whereas DAV Public school was adjudged to be the winner in Poetry recitation category. Poster Making contest was won by Guru Nanak Dev Global Academy.

Spring Dale Educational Society’s Chairman Sahiljit Singh Sandhu and Director,Dr. Kirat Sandhu Cheema , in a joint statement, said that the institution was committed to the cause of organizing more such events in the future to enable youth in the region to remain deeply rooted in the country’s history, culture, and morality, besides encouraging them to fight for the cause of environment.
