Katya Jones has confessed that dating since her split from husband Neil Jones has been hard as she has struggled to find love. The Strictly Come Dancing star, 33, has also revealed that she has yet to go on a single date since her divorce from the ballroom dancer in 2019, and it’s not for the lack of trying.
Since her divorce, Katya Jones has amassed a legion of fans who over the years have tuned in weekly to watch when she performs on the hit BBC show.
For the 2022 series, the dancer was paired with Arsenal legend Tony Adams who sensationally quit the show due to injury.
Katya has told friends that she is still looking for her Mr. Right.

Speaking to the Daily Mail she said: “There is no man on the scene, and of course, I am looking.
“I have not been on a single date since I separated from Neil.”
Katya also shared that she rarely gets approached by men and feels that they are often intimidated by her because of her high-profile career.
The beauty has found that she is not the only one who is unlucky in love and revealed that some of her friends have yet to find their perfect match.
She said that she was friends with some phenomenal women who are also single and argued that, “often men can find successful, strong women daunting.”
Katya still has high hopes of finding “the one” and feels that if men find her daunting and are afraid to approach her – they are simply not for her.
Katya, who is now one of the show’s most popular dancers, joined Strictly Come Dancing back in 2016.
She has been partnered with some of the show’s most popular contestants including former Labour politician Ed Balls, and funnyman and I’m A Celebrity campmate Sean Walsh.
She also made Strictly history when she became part of the first same-sex pairing when she was partnered with Olympic gold medallist Nicola Adams.
A year after her debut, she got to lift the Glitterball when she won with partner Joe McFadden.
The show has propelled her to international fame and Katya is in high demand and is now inundated with offers of work.
But the beauty has no plans to quit the hit BBC show. She said: “I will continue to do it Strictly while I have love for it.”
Adding: “So far I have loved every single year, every single minute of it. I will carry on but there are other things I would love to do.
“Though meanwhile I will continue with that stuff and see what happens at the end of it.”
Strictly Come Dancing: The Results Show airs tonight on BBC One at 8.15pm.
