Sprint to Fight Laziness: Lessons From Ankita Konwar

Ankita Konwar has just returned from her romantic trip to Egypt. Ankita and her husband Milind Soman recently travelled to Egypt, and ever then, their Instagram accounts have been filled with footage and images documenting their adventures there. Ankita and Milind tried to make their vacation journals as romantic as they could, from going scuba diving together and seeing the underwater world to having a date by the Red Sea as the sun set. In order to begin their day on the beach in Alexandria, Ankita and Milind also went for a run.

The habit of Ankita and Milind setting joint exercise objectives for us persisted even after they left for their vacations. Ankita combined the best of both worlds by practising yoga asanas with the ruins of Karnak Temple as a backdrop while Milind began his day with a strenuous jogging regimen. Ankita is a trained yoga instructor. They had no valid justification for skipping their workout regimen, not even when on vacation.

The pair is now back in town and returning to their usual lives, nevertheless. Ankita published a series of self-portraits in which she showed us how she overcame laziness and began her Sunday with exercise.
